The major city parks include Beaver Lake Park, Pine Lake Park, NE Sammamish Park, East Sammamish Park and Ebright Creek Park. A few additional parks are in the planning stages. To round out the outdoor recreation, there are a couple of private golf clubs for the golf aficionado. The Plateau Club and the Sahalee Country Club which hosted the PGA Championship in 1998 and the World Golf Championship-NEC Invitational in 2002.
