  3. Open Houses: Each listing will receive up to 5 open houses per week. No other agent or team anywhere provides this many open houses to their clients.

  4. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) surveyed over 10,000 people and published a report last year stating that 88% of all buyers either wouldn’t use their previous agent or don’t have an agent. The big takeaway from that…OPEN HOUSES WORK!

  5. The Judd Group Website and individual website for subject property.

  6. Email advertising / Rezoras / client engagement.

  7. Print advertising in Seattle Times, Homes & Land, Eastside business journal, etc.
